We posture ourselves with these labels that weigh us down preventing us from operating in our fullness! Some labels are mom, wife, teacher, student, daughter, girlfriend. And others are not so pretty: too brown, too skinny, not black enough, not white enough, not skinny enough, fat, ugly, too broken, unloveable. Just to name a few!
